This book tells the story of Billy, whose grandmother comes to live with his family after her Alzheimer’s diagnosis. Grandma does some silly things throughout the story that become a treasure hunt for children. How many can you find?

Find out the story behind the story!

The author, Suzie Kunderman, lived that life. Her mother knew how to play card games like Solitaire and War, but didn't know Suzie's name or even that Suzie was her daughter. She wrote this book to help her family and others demystify memory loss and to start a conversation with children who just don’t understand why adults forget.

A portion of the profits will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.
